I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying the beautiful views from the championship golf courses. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and I appreciated the access to the pool upon early arrival. However, I was disappointed with the dining experience at the restaurant, and the service at the pool bar on Monday was lacking. Overall, it felt like a lovely place, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Our family time in early March at this hotel had its highs and lows. The weather was beautiful, and we enjoyed the hotel's two gorgeous pools. However, the beach was quite a walk away, and there were issues with the dining options and prices at the resort. The service from staff members Adalberto and Ashley was a highlight, though the overall experience may not lead us to return in the future.

My family and I stayed for a week, and while Palmas Del Mar is beautiful, our experience at the hotel itself was far from ideal. The slow service and limited food options were frustrating, especially considering we went for an all-inclusive package. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and there was a lack of activities for kids, which added to our disappointment. Overall, I recommend looking for a villa through Airbnb instead for a better experience.
